Norwich School 69 / 0 beat Lynn Grove 34 all out by 35 runs
Broadland High 114 beat Aylsham 75 by 39 runs

Broadland High 84 / 2 beat Lynn Grove 48 all out by 36 runs
Aylsham High 123 / 1 beat Open Academy 84 / 1 by 39 runs

Norwich School 95 / 1 beat Open Academy 76 / 1 by 19 runs
Aylsham High 120 beat Lynn Grove 110 by 10 runs

Five schools competed with the top three to qualify for finals day on Monday 7th March. Well done to Norwich School who won all 4 of their matches and are joined by Broadland High and the last place went to Aylsham High who narrowly beat Lynn Grove in the final match of the day.

Cromer Academy 98 / 2 beat Lynn Grove 98 / 4 by virtue of losing less wickets

Thorpe St Andrew 112/ 4 beat Cromer Academy 40 / 8 by 72 runs
Lynn Grove 74 / 3 beat Thetford Academy 57 / 7 by 27 runs

Cromer Academy 95 / 7 beat Thetford Academy 90 / 5 by 5 runs
Thorpe St Andrew 87 / 3 beat Lynn Grove 66 / 3 by 21 runs

Four schools competed with the top two to qualify for finals day on Tuesday 15th March. Well done to the girls from Thorpe St Andrew who won each of their 3 matches and are joined by Cromer Academy who narrowly took 2nd spot from Lynn Grove where in the crucial match between the two the scores finished level with Lynn Grove unable to score off the last two balls.

Two fabulous day’s cricket with girl’s cricket in the High Schools very much on the up. Several of the competing schools took advantage of the availability of Board coaches to deliver match practice and coaching ahead of these events where it was also great to see schools also arranging their own friendly matches.
