• 3 Club projects for 2016: Dersingham, Old Buckenham, Norwich

• All other schools linked to relevant local clubs

• 4975 total children coached (2583 girls and 2392 boys). This is the first time ever in Norfolk that we have coached more girls than boys in line with our stated aims for girls cricket)

• Total Primary Schools: 51. Up by 5 on 2015 (inc 14 new)

• Total High Schools: 26. Up by 1 on 2015 (inc 5 new)

• Primary: 837 hours coaching – average 16.4 hrs per school (core offer is 12)

• HS: 789 hours coaching – average 30 hrs per school

• Primary Intra school matches = 1433 (target 1175)

• HS Intra matches: 703 (target 575)

• Cricket for Teachers – 2 courses, 21 teachers trained

• Informal Teacher training: 42 teachers (missed by 18, but 3 courses arranged were cancelled at short notice)

• Leadership: 129 Young Leaders trained across 9 courses. (target 70)

• Migration to club – 6%

• 1 x coach CPD & best practice day (internal)

• Greatest impact in High Schools continues to be girls cricket, through engagement in school
