He organises junior coaching throughout the year, with especial focus on our outdoor programme throughout the summer. He books and runs indoor coaching for the club over the winter months and organises assistant coaches to support him in delivering a safe and fun programme.

During the summer Joshy coordinates team selection and match day organisation for teams at U11, U13 and U15. He organises and runs Coaching Camps during school holidays.

In addition to his club role, Joshy has been the driving force behind the establishment of the King’s Lynn MCC Foundation Hub. The King’s Lynn Hub has squads at U13 and U15. He liaises with the MCC Foundation, organises trials and coaching sessions and contacts other Hubs for fixtures. He has also established strong links with local schools, clubs and the West Norfolk Youth league, where fixtures are played between the Hub sides and the league winners.

Joshy is a hard working member of North Runcton’s Committee and contributes across the board to support club initiatives.
