Norfolk Cricket Board IPP 2009

The Norfolk Cricket Board is charged with delivering the development of the game of cricket within the County of Norfolk. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the Board to deliver the National plans of the England and Wales Cricket Board at a local level. The completion of these plans and actions is a condition of continued funding, again at local and national levels. The ECB plans are fundamental to the continued health and development of the game across the country.
As part of its responsibility to deliver a quality cricket product and maximise opportunities for all to play cricket, engageD, with the support of the ECB and Active Norfolk, in a process of self-assessment prior to the setting of agreed targets for 2009 with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
All other areas of NCB activity and development will of course continue as normal. These areas are the ones designated as key improvement areas for the County.
The resulting targets and plans can be downloaded here.
