Coaching

The Norfolk Cricket Board is fully committed to ensuring the highest standards of coaching across the county, whether than be through the delivery of Coach Education Programmes, coaching of County Age Groups, or support of coaches working at clubs and their ongoing development. NCB also has a thorough Workforce Plan in place to ensure that all areas of the Coaching (professional and volunteer) workforce are developed appopriately so that an excellent service can be delivered tailored to specific areas of need.

The Norfolk Association of Cricket Coaches are the key body concerned with delivery of all things coaching in Norfolk. They work closely with the NCB, NYC, ECB, First4Sport and clubs to ensure that service delivery is of a high standard and programmes are organised appropriate to the requirements within the County.

In addition to this the NCB run various programmes in schools and clubs that require coaches, and we are always happy to discuss opportunities that may be available.

These pages will also offer the opportunity for coaches seeking work to list their contact details as well as clubs needing coaches to advertise their vacancies.
