Friends of Norfolk Youth Cricket

Friends of Norfolk Youth Cricket

The Friends of Norfolk Youth Cricket was set up by Richard Jefferson in the late 1990's as a way of attracting funds to assist the development of grassroots and elite level youth cricket in Norfolk. Richard has worked tirelessley over the last 10 years, and has helped ensure that thousands of pounds has been poured into various projects such as Schools coaching, equipment and balls for club youth sections and assistance for County Age Group Tours.

Richard has now passed the reigns of the Friends on, and the organisation is run by Mel Taylor and Rosemary Randle. The Friends is going through a period of re-organisation and there is currently a plan to make the Friends a registered Charity. A group of 4 trustees has been set up already to ensure that all funds are appropriately distributed.

Further information on potential funding applications will be listed here.
