Governance

The Norfolk Cricket Board's mission statement is to "Inspire, lead and influence the growth, quality and accessibility of cricket in Norfolk". To that end the NCB must be a transparent, representative, well managed and appropriately governed organisation. This is even more important when you consider that in 2011 the NCB's turnover is expected to reach a quarter of a million pounds.

In April 2011 the NCB became a Limited Company, and is undergoing further changes in the way that it is run to ensure that it is in the best position to continue to help develop Norfolk Cricket in the years to come.

This section will list all documents relevant to the governance of the Norfolk Cricket Board, for all relevant member associations, groups, individuals and clubs.
