Youth

Norfolk continues to have a strong Youth set up from U10's to U19's, each with a full schedule of summer fixtures, as well as a robust and intensive programme of winter trials and training to ensure that the County are maximising the playing potential of the players concerned, as well as making sure that the pool of players is drawn from the very best talent in the County at that particular age group.

Each age group has it's own Team Manager, often with 1 or more assistants, plus a coach dedicated to the support and development of that squad of players.

Norfolk Youth Cricket receives it's funding primarily through the Norfolk Cricket Board, and is run by the Norfolk Youth Committee (NYC) who control the playing and coaching programme in liason with the NCB, Lead Coaches, Managers and CDM.
