The ambition for the NCB is to Inspire, lead and Influence cricket activity in Norfolk to retain and increase participation across all pillars of the game.

The NCB recognise the importance of good governance in promoting high performance, protecting against risk and generally managing successful organisations. Good governance also helps to ensure the confidence of stakeholders and the wider public.

The NCB’s Board of Directors have always sought to apply the principles of good governance to the way they carry out their role. At the behest of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the Board have reviewed their governance arrangements and these are now enshrined in this Code.

This section will list all documents relevant to the governance of the Norfolk Cricket Board, for all relevant member associations, groups, individuals and clubs.
