Norfolk Cricket Board are delighted to announce Andy Boocock as the new Club and Community Officer. Andy is taking over the role from Ian Moody who has moved into a part-time Community Coach for the Norfolk Cricket Board.
Andy joins the Cricket Board in a full-time role after a long career working in the Automotive Industry and also some time in the care industry.
Andy’s role will focus on increasing and retaining participation across all areas of recreational cricket in-line with the Inspiring Generations county-wide plan.
Lewis Denmark (Cricket Development Director) commented “We are thrilled to welcome Andy as part of the development team. Andy is relatively new to Norfolk having moved to North Norfolk just before Lockdown. He’s heavily involved at Sheringham CC as a player and volunteer and we look forward to working with him as we strive to deliver our ambitious strategy which aims to develop recreational cricket across the county.”
