The Norfolk Cricket Foundation held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Horsford Cricket Club on 16 March 2026, bringing together Norfolk Cricket Foundation members and Trustees.

The minutes of the previous AGM were approved as an accurate record. Draft accounts for the year were presented and formally adopted, with final audited figures to be circulated in due course if required.

The meeting confirmed the appointment of two new Trustees, Giles Kerkham and Duncan Vaughan, both elected unanimously. It was also noted that a new Chair will be appointed from within the Trustee group at a forthcoming Board meeting. No proxy votes were received, and no additional business had been submitted.

At the conclusion of the AGM, Jane Hannah formally stood down as Chair of the Norfolk Cricket Foundation, having completed her tenure in the role. The Board and members expressed their sincere thanks to Jane for her leadership, commitment, and contribution to the development of cricket across Norfolk.

The meeting closed at 6:10pm.
