Norfolk Cricket is introducing the Early Engagement Programme (EEP) for boys and girls aged 10–12, replacing the previous Development Hubs.

The EEP offers quality winter coaching and summer match play, providing more opportunities for young players to get involved in county cricket. The programme is designed to engage a wider range of participants than traditional county squads, with the hope that players can progress from the EEP into the County Age Group (CAG) programme.

The EEP aims to:

  • Provide a fun, inclusive, and age-appropriate cricket experience.
  • Broaden the talent base and strengthen links between clubs and the county pathway.
  • Develop key cricketing skills.
  • Inspire a lifelong love of the game.
