We have a formal partnership with Essex Women, providing a clear pathway for our girls into the professional game.

Girls who show high potential in our CAG (County Age Group) setup will be put forward for an Essex Talent ID days. If they meet the required criteria, they will be invited to join the Essex EPP, which is run between Framlingham and Gresham’s over the winter.

The next step for these players is progression into the Essex Academy. Since forming this partnership, we’ve had numerous girls selected for both the EPP and the Academy programme.
