Understanding Volunteers

Volunteers are the heart and foundation of cricket and we love hearing the inspiring stories of individuals within Lancashire who are doing amazing things to grow the game and bring more people into the sport.

As the ECB start to develop their wider Volunteer Strategy, understanding how volunteers feel will help shape the strategy and the ECB’s plans for the future of volunteering in cricket.

Both the Lancashire Cricket Foundation and the ECB would hugely value you taking the time to share this link with any volunteers within your cricket network and across your social channels.
