We’re thrilled to be restarting the recruitment process for the exciting Norfolk Cricket Board Vacancy for Head of Performance Pathway following an extended consultation period with the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) which saw recruitment temporarily paused.

Norfolk Cricket Board is responsible for performance pathway programmes across Norfolk for players up to age of 18. The Head of Performance Pathway will lead the delivery of the Norfolk Pathway strategy to identify and develop the highest potential cricketers within Norfolk.

The Board currently run girls county squads at U11/U13/U15/U18 and boys county squads at U11/U12/U13/U14/U16/18 which the successful candidate will oversee.

  • Department: Boys & Girls Representative Cricket
  • Contract: Full-time permanent contract (3-month probation period)
  • Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
  • Remuneration: £33,000 – £37,000 depending on qualifications and experience
  • Additional Benefits: Company Pension Scheme, Expenses as per company policy, Company Laptop and Phone (if required)
