Heather Musk appointed Women & Girls Development Officer

23rd October 2025

Norfolk Cricket Foundation (NCF) are delighted to announce Heather Musk as the new Women & Girls Development Officer. Heather joined the NCF on a full-time basis on Monday 20th October and will work as part of the NCF Development Team to help support the continued growth of Women & Girls recreational cricket across the county.

Heather has filled the position vacated by Pete Free, who left the NCF in late June 2025 to start a permanent full-time role as Director of Cricket at Gresham’s School.

Heather is well connected with her local cricket club at Great Ellingham where she has been instrumental in the last 18 months in helping grow the women & girls section at the club.

The role will cover all areas of women & girls cricket across recreational cricket in Norfolk and Heather will work closely with Jo Taylor-Ticehurst, who works part time for the NCF as the Women & Girls Programmes Officer.

Cricket Development Director Lewis Denmark commented, “after a thorough recruitment process we’re delighted to welcome Heather into the NCF development team and believe she has all the skillsets, passion and drive required to help continue the growth of Women & Girls Cricket across Norfolk as we strive to make cricket a game for everyone.”

Heather can be contacted via email to discuss all things women & girls cricket in Norfolk at heather.musk@norfolkcricket.co.uk.
