MCC Foundation Hubs 2025 – Register Today

The Norwich Boys & Girls MCCF Cricket Hub will once again be running in early 2025 alongside a MCCF Boys Hub in Kings Lynn and we are now seeking nominations for both our U14 and U16 age-groups.

The places are completely FREE, but only open to state school children and those not selected in Norfolk County age-group teams.

As was the case in previous years, ECB qualified coaches will be running the programme which will take place at Norwich School, Norwich High School for Girls and King Edward School in Kings Lynn. 

We are looking forward to running the MCCF Hubs in the new year and creating a squad capable of competing against other hubs next summer at both the U14 and U16 age-groups.

ECB qualified coaches will be running this as a MCCF Hub which is not part of any Norfolk Cricket Board programmes or pathway.

Additional Information

The Hub will be running once again from January 2025 (Trial and full programme) until the end of March early April at no cost to the players involved. Once again places are only available to those Children from State Schools and those players who are not selected for the full Norfolk County Youth Teams. We would like to invite you to put forward any children at either U14 or U16 who you feel may be suitable for this opportunity.

Norwich Boys Hub (U14 & U16)

Date: Thursdays- January 23rd (Trials) followed by January 30th, Feb 6th, 13th, 27th, March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. April 3rd,10th.

Times: U14 (Y7, Y8 & YR9) – 18:15-19:45 & U16s (Y10 & Y11) – 19:45-21:15

Venue: Norwich School, St Faiths Lane, Norwich, NR1 4DL (Limited Parking)

Norwich Girls Hub (U14 & U16)

Date: Thursday – January 23rd, 30th, Feb 6th, 13th, 27th, March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. April 3rd

Times: U14s (Y7, Y8 & YR9) -18:00-19:30 & U16s (Y10 & Y11) – 19:30-21:00

Venue: Norwich High School for Girls (95 Newmarket Rd, Norwich NR2 2HU).

Kings Lynn Boys Hub (U14 & U16)

Date: Sundays – January 19th, 26th, February 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, March 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th.

Times: U14s (Y7, Y8 & YR9) – 15:00-16:30 & U16s (Y10 & Y11) 16:30-18:00

Venue: King Edward School, Gaywood Rd, King’s Lynn PE30 2QB
