Nick Warnes Appointed as NCF EDI Inclusion Officer

Norfolk Cricket Foundation is delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Warnes to its Development Team.

Nick joins the Foundation as EDI Inclusion Officer in a three-day-per-week role, strengthening the organisation’s commitment to delivering its A Game for Everyone strategy. The strategy aims to create a lasting, positive impact on individuals and communities across Norfolk through the power of cricket.

This new role will play a key part in bringing that vision to life by helping to make cricket as inclusive and accessible as possible across the county. As participation in the game continues to grow and reach new audiences, it is vital to expand playing opportunities, increase diversity among those who lead and support the game, and foster a culture where everyone feels cricket is for them—whether as a player, coach, official, volunteer or supporter.

Nick is a familiar and highly respected figure within Norfolk cricket, having been associated with Beccles Cricket Club for almost 50 years. His wealth of experience, passion for the game and strong community connections make him an excellent addition to the Foundation’s Development Team.
