Norfolk Cricket Board – Volunteer Celebration Grant

28th July 2022

Volunteers remain the heartbeat of recreational cricket in Norfolk and this summer we want to recognise and celebrate all the outstanding volunteers across Norfolk who help make cricket possible on an annual basis.

We are launching a Volunteer Celebration Grant which is open to all affiliated clubs across Norfolk to apply for £100 which is to be used to celebrate volunteers across Norfolk this summer.

What the grant must be used for

If awarded a grant under the Scheme, the Club must use the grant to celebrate volunteers this summer.

Eligible Costs

Whilst this is not an exhaustive list, applications for the grant funding to be used towards costs that directly relate to the recognition of volunteers this summer including:

  • Gifts / Awards
  • Celebration Events
  • Catering
  • Other related expenditure

Ineligible Costs

Any expenditure that Norfolk Cricket Board deems inappropriate and does not directly celebrate volunteers.

Amount of Grant

Each application will be assessed on its own merit. All applications will be for the maximum £100 available, and the completed application should highlight how the money will be spent.

Applications

All applications will be considered after the deadline closes. Should we receive a high volume of applications, the Board will select the most appropriate applications or consider reducing the level of grant awarded to each club.

Deadline for Applications: Wednesday 10th August 2022
