Norfolk Cricket Board Volunteer Development Officer, Neil Irons commented “It was another fantastic evening and it was great to see the event grow again for a 3rd consecutive year with almost 100 people in attendance and 13 awards presented. Volunteers are the heartbeat of the game across Norfolk and without them the game would fall flat on its feet. We know that a dinner alone doesn’t justify the hard work and hundreds of hours each of tonight’s volunteers have given to Norfolk Cricket this summer but it is always nice to say thank you. Whilst we had winners of the various categories, all of the nominees are winners along with their families that allow them to undertake the volunteering. We now look forward to the 2025 event!”
