ECB Vitality U13 & U15

The Norfolk Cricket Board (NCB) administer the running of the ECB Vitality U13 & U15 National Competitions. This allows local cricket clubs the opportunity to represent Norfolk against some of the Country’s best club sides at the respective U13 & U15 age groups.

For all 39 County Cricket Boards plus Scotland, the competition begins at a local level within the County, with the overall winners from each County competition progressing to the national stages of the competition. The national stages consist of two knockout rounds followed by four Regional Finals. The four best teams in the country then compete at the National Finals Day.

U13 National Club Championship

The U13 National Club Championship has been running longer than its U15 sibling, with the first winner crowned in 1972. Forty county winners progress through the national stages with the final four battling it out for the Ken Barrington Trophy at finals day in August.

U15 National Club Championship

The U15 National Club Championship has been in existence since 1977, embracing 20-over cricket. All 39 County Cricket Boards, plus Scotland, run county competitions before the 40 winners progress through knockout rounds, regional finals and a national finals day to find the winner of the Harry Secombe Trophy.
