The 2026 Playing Cricket Survey is live!

We want you to have your say.

The ECB’s annual Cricket Players & Volunteers survey is now live! This gives players and volunteers the chance to shape the future of grassroots cricket across England and Wales.

As well as helping us understand how the game is played and how playing experiences could be improved, the survey also asks important questions about sense of belonging and inclusion at your club, women’s and girls’ cricket, and the experience of volunteering in recreational cricket. It also covers topics such as cricket pitches and the prevalence of injuries in recreational sport.

Sharing your opinion on how the sport is run today, and how you think cricket could develop and improve, provides valuable insight to the ECB, counties and leagues across England and Wales, to turn your ideas into actions.

It takes 15 minutes to complete.

You need to be aged 16+ to complete the survey.
