Recreational cricket is a game for everyone – Say NO to Discrimination!
18th May 2023
All who engage within the game, as players, officials, spectators and the all important facilitators, share a common duty to ensure the fair and respectful treatment of others, free from any form of harassment or discrimination. These standards are set out within the Anti-Discrimination Code and enforced through the General Conduct Regulations, the new Recreational Conduct Regulations as well as the older Laws of Cricket and Spirit of Cricket rules.
Norfolk Cricket Board fully committed to ensuring that all acts of discrimination are reported and dealt with appropriately through the General Conduct Regulations and Recreational Conduct Regulations.
Report Discrimination Anonymously
Recreational cricket is a game for everyone. We are actively encouraging anyone involved in cricket – at every level – to report any discrimination they experience or witness through the ECB’s anonymous reporting scheme which is available via the links below.
Play-Cricket – You can also report discrimination via the ECB Play-Cricket website. The ‘REPORT DISCRIMINATION‘ link is visible on all Play-Cricket pages if you scroll down to the bottom of the page!
If you have any questions or queries about Discrimination, would like more information or would like to make a report, please contact Board Discipline Lead Mark Scott directly via the contact details below.
