Vacancy: NCF Community Coach (Full-Time)

The Norfolk Cricket Foundation are recruiting for a full-time member of staff to take on the important role of Community Coach within the county.
The successful candidate will start the role in early 2026 and join the development team on a permanent basis to help deliver participation cricket initiatives across Norfolk.
Purpose:
Norfolk Cricket Foundation ‘NCF’ have an ambitious 4-year countywide strategic plan ‘A Game for Everyone 2025-2028’. The strategy mission is to ‘Create a lasting, positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities in Norfolk through the power of cricket.’
The role of community coach is a vital role in helping to deliver this strategy. The successful candidate will assist in delivering a successful and quality schools coaching and competition programme, under the banner of Chance to Shine and NCF Schools Coaching. The community coach will also assist in the delivery of other coaching or development tasks as required for the NCF including ECB National Programmes, Indoor Cricket, Disability Cricket initiatives and other participation offers.

- Remuneration: £24,250 Per Annum
- Reports to: Head of Schools / Cricket Development Director
