Vacancy: NCF EDI Officer (3 Days Per Week)

The Norfolk Cricket Foundation are recruiting for a part-time (3 days per week equivalent) member of staff to take on the important role of EDI Inclusion Officer within the county.
Purpose:
Norfolk Cricket Foundation (NCF) has set out an ambitious four-year countywide strategy, A Game for Everyone 2025-2028. The strategy’s mission is to create a lasting, positive impact on individuals and communities across Norfolk through the power of cricket.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer plays a vital role in delivering this vision by helping to make cricket as inclusive and accessible as possible throughout the county. As participation in the game continues to grow and reach new audiences, it is essential to diversify playing opportunities, broaden representation among those who lead and support the game, and foster a culture where everyone feels cricket is for them—whether as a player, coach, official, volunteer, or supporter.

Contract: Minimum Contract 24 Months
Hours: 21 Hours Per Week (3 Days Equivalent with flexibility to deliver role over working week)
Remuneration: £16,000 Per Annum
Reports to: Cricket Development Director / Cricket Development Officer
