Vacancy – NCF Women & Girls Development Officer (Full-Time)

The Norfolk Cricket Foundation are recruiting for a full-time member of staff to take on the important role of Women & Girls Development Officer within the county.

The successful candidate will take on the role that will be vacated by Peter Free who has held the post since 2021 but is joining Gresham’s School as their new Director of Cricket in September 2025.

Purpose of Job:
Work as a member of the NCF team and facilitate the growth of women and girls’ cricket across Norfolk in line with the ECB/NCF strategy which aims to make cricket the most inclusive sport and ensure cricket is seen as a game for all.

• Role: Women & Girls Development Officer
• Commitment: Full-Time, 35 Hours per week (5 days)
• Location: Manor Park, Holt Road, Horsford and across Norfolk
