We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Norfolk Cricket Board Development team this summer as a full-time Community Coach.

Community Cricket Coach

Job Title: Community Cricket Coach
Contract: Initial 12-month fixed term contract
Salary: £18,570
Benefits: Company Pension
Hours per week: Full time – 35 hours per week
Responsible to: Cricket Development Director
Location: Horsford CC, but required to travel across Norfolk to various locations.


Summary of Job Purpose:
The Community Cricket Coach role will be responsible delivering a successful and quality schools coaching and competition programme, under the banner of Chance to Shine and NCB Schools Coaching. To deliver other coaching or development tasks as required for the NCB including ECB National Programmes, Indoor Cricket and Disability Cricket initiatives which aim to create outstanding experiences for all participants at every session.
